Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition, in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please respect that we are a small business with limited stock holding and we require a two week turn around in order to deal with refunds and seasonal pieces.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. We can't process a refund to another account. Please allow at least up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. Kindly also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact.


When returning your goods, please post back by using recorded delivery and ensure the parcel is insured against loss or damage.  Please provide us with a tracking reference for your return. We are very sorry but we cannot be responsible for any returns that don't find their way back to Stoned & Waisted.

Refunds are not available on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless item(s) are damaged or faulty.

We do not refund the cost of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Kindly note refunds are not available on sample items or on sale items, these are final prices and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Refunds can only be carried out if you return your order to Stoned & Waisted at the provided returns address which can be found when filling out the returns form.

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out a this online form within 14 days of receipt. All item(s) are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty we will refund you the full cost of the item(s) and will discuss this with you in writing.
