Demi-Fine Jewellery

We make all our jewellery in Jaipur, India. Why Jaipur? After founding Jaipur in 1727, Jai Singh II is said to have organised a procession through the city where local crowds threw precious stones over him and his entourage. He was captivated by jewels. Under his patronage, Jaipur became a centre for jewellery, attracting artisans from all over the world. This continues to this day. The craftsmanship, raw materials, gemstones and creativity allow you to create our vision. Jaipur has our heart.

We have created a collection of different-length necklaces and chains to allow you to create a bespoke piece just for you. We offer a selection of charms from the top hat inspired by your Monopoly board to a little Scottie dog, a cute elephant, ancient sailing ships and an elegant heron! We have larger pieces like our statement hammered leaf, a white quartz pendant and also diamond-encrusted round and teardrop pendants. We encourage you to create a layered look and collect different charms along the way.

We have a selection of lightweight wearable earrings again, a solid silver base and a 3-micron gold plate. Rachel, founder of Stoned & Waisted shares her vision for our demi-fine jewellery: "I wanted beautiful jewellery with semi-precious stones that I can wear everyday….earrings that will bring colour and shape to any look but light enough to not have to think about them when they are on. I must admit I wear my Tattie earrings, Tamara Hoops, or Nessie oval loop with Indian detail both with and without the stone!!"

We believe that everyone aspires to own at least one statement ring, something that adds some differentiation to your look, sometimes, all it takes is a great piece of jewellery. Rachel always seems to be wearing her Hope diamond studded statement ring or the Tasmin hammered turquoise or raw ruby ring. Again, a chunky solid unique ring to add a twist to your look and will become an everyday piece you go to.
