Olive toasted almond cheese plate with chili oil appetiser

Looking to make your guests something that's delicious, looks wonderful and is also healthy for this holiday season? 

This is one of our favourite go-to appetisers as it only takes a few minutes to prepare and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

INGREDIENTS 
8 oz your choice Keifer (Labneh), ricotta, cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1.5 cups assorted olives
1/4 cup toasted almonds or nuts
2 tablespoons pistachios
1 tablespoon capers - drained
1/4 cup parsley chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon zest and juice
Salt to taste
Chili flakes
1/2 jalapeño diced
OPTIONAL- drizzle of chili oil

METHOD
Toast your almonds or purchase toasted.

To a pan add capers, olives, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice almonds and olive oil,
and a sprinkle of salt.

Spread the cheese on a plate. Add your Olives and a drizzle of chili oil, then if you wish serve with pita chips or your favourite crackers! It really is that easy.
